Barton Court welcomes pets that are accompanied by well trained owners who clear up after them.

Tamsin

We are Mickey and Tamsin and we live here at Barton Court. We are friendly, well behaved (well most of the time anyway) and love to play with other dogs who come to stay, we also love children and adults especially if they give us treats or take us for walks in the grounds.

We are both rescue dogs from Dogs Trust at Ilfracombe.

Mickey has been part of the family since he was 8 weeks old, ah cute!

Tamsin has been part of the family since she was 16 week old, ah cute!

Mickey

Mickey is four years old and is a Labrador-Dachshund (mum), collie (dad) cross and, well, Tamsin is a ‘bits-a’. - bits of this, bits of that and goodness knows what else - but she is adorable!

We are both available for temporary adoption whilst you are staying with us at Barton Court, we will come and stay in your cottage with you, if you like, for strokes and cuddles, but we do like to go home at night usually about 10:00pm.

Mickey is the pool lifeguard, he is quite strict about splashing and mucking about in the pool, you will get a gentle reminder if he thinks you are mucking about or splashing too much and if you keep on doing it he will tell you off by barking at you along with that ‘you have been told’ look!.
