Meadowsweet Barn is a spacious cottage that sleeps seven people (an additional bed can be added to the triple room to make it eight). There is space for a cot as well. The Cottage has a patio and a large garden. There is a comfortable lounge and plenty of space for relaxing and chilling out.

Floor to ceiling glazing overlooking the front garden provide the master bedroom and split level lounge with a very roomy feeling and plenty of natural light.

The entrance hall has a large cloakroom and utility room equipped with fridge freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and oil fired central heating boiler, iron and ironing board.

The entrance hall leads up some steps to the spacious modern kitchen and dining area with electric oven, hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven dining table and chairs with a patio door to the rear patio and garden with patio furniture.

At the other end of the entrance hall is the split level living room with a wood burning stove, colour television, DVD player, video recorder and radio/cassette/CD player. There is floor to ceiling glazing to the front giving a light airy feel to the room. A patio door leads to the rear patio and garden with patio furniture.

The staircase leads from the lounge to a galleried landing.

The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and a colour television. It has a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and views over front and rear gardens. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower over, wash basin, low level WC and bidet.

The second bedroom is a comfortably sized room with two single beds and colour television. It also has views over the rear garden and has a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams.

Steps lead up to the third bedroom which is another comfortably-sized room with a single bed and bunk beds. This room also has views over the rear garden, a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams.

Steps lead to the main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, low level WC with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams.
